EN→IT Archive.org versionIt's not often that we see full-fledged under-$500 notebooks, and, when we do, they're usually cheaply constructed and don't perform well, making them difficult to take seriously.Although it's a little slow by today's standards, this under-$500 laptop is rich in connectivity and other options, and its Dolby-enhanced audio sounds good. It's a great buy if you don't need a lot of graphics and gaming muscle.

Despite its less-than-stellar performance and the tactile issues surrounding its keyboard and touchpad, one can hardly wag a finger given the laptop's good design and sub-$500 price tag. For users willing to shell out the extra cash, our Editors' Choice for entry-level desktop replacements, the Sony VAIO E15, is better and more nimble. But if you're budget conscious and willing to accept some shortcomings, the V5-471-6569 is a decent choice.

Intel HD Graphics 3000: 3 imminenti (Q1 2011) schede grafiche integrate nel processore Intel Sandy Bridge (Core ix-2xxx). La 3000 / 200 è la versione più veloce internamente chiamata GT2 con 12 Execution Units (EUs).
Soltanto i giochi datasi possono essere giocati in modo fluido con questi chips grafici (se non richiedono troppe prestazioni). I cores con memoria grafica condivisa in questa categoria hanno il vantaggio delle minori emissioni di calore e della maggiore autonomia della batteria. Per ufficio, internet, image processing, e video editing queste schede grafiche sono utilizzabili senza particolari problematiche.
