È un piacere vedere ChromeOS girare al meglio, con un hardware finalmente capace di dargli quella spinta in più che tutti gli utenti di uno dei tanti portatili entry-level col sistema operativo di Google si saranno trovati a desiderare. Il nocciolo della questione è però forse proprio questo: i Chromebook Plus non sono troppo indicati per chi non abbia mai usato ChromeOS; il rischio è quello di spendere una cifra non irrisoria per trovarsi poi con un sistema che non fa del tutto al caso tuo. In caso contrario lo amerete per le sue prestazioni e la sua autonomia, ma non troppo per tutto il resto.

But when you put it in the context of a sub-£300 price point, it looks a little more enticing. It's a functional productivity device you can pick up for peanuts. Most sensible organizations, their IT teams, and employees would rather spend more and get a better Chromebook Plus, but when budgets are tight and you're working on a shoestring, that might be a luxury you can't afford. With a few of these and some Workspace accounts you could still do business – and take advantage of Google's Chromebook Plus-exclusive Gemini AI features. You won't be living the Chromebook Plus dream, but then you won't be paying any premium prices either.

EN→ITThe HP Chromebook Plus is a smooth and fast performer with a great build quality and premium feel. It handles light productivity, streaming and gaming with aplomb, barely putting a foot wrong during my time with it. The display is equally impressive, and battery life is good to boot. It might not be convertible, but for the size and the price you can regularly find it at, the HP Chromebook Plus is worth adding to your shortlist.

There are some web apps that can serve in a photo-editing emergency, and Adobe is making great strides in this area, but Google’s lightweight OS and HP’s low-cost hardware come together to make a machine that’s scrappy and tries hard.

EN→ITFirst, the HP comes with the i3-N305 processor and the Acer comes with an i3-1215U. There’s no question that the large-core 1215U is the more powerful processor, so while I didn’t have any complaints about the speed of the HP, if you like a bit more umph under the hood, you’ll want to steer towards the Acer 515. Also, the port selection on the HP is a bit more limited with just 2 USB Type C ports, a single USB Type A, micro SD card slot and headphone/mic jack. Acer adds in the all-important HDMI port to their device, and it simply makes the utility feel a bit better overall. Still, what I said at the beginning of this video holds true: Chromebook Plus makes for a very enjoyable, solid Chromebook experience.

Ridurre la distanza delle Schede Grafiche per gli utenti che vogliono utilizzare il videogiochi. I nuovi giochi dovrebbero funzionare su queste schede, ma con riduzione dei dettagli e risoluzione mediocre.
