EN→IT Archive.org versionThe ASUS ROG GL502VS should have been a more affordable 15-inch solution but instead, it rivals the 15-inch Acer Predator 15 (G9-593) and fails to match its features and performance. Yes, sure the Predator 15 costs $100-150 more but these pennies are definitely worth it. Not only does the Predator 15 stands out with a more sturdy and pleasant build but also offers more storage configurations and always ships with an NMVe-enabled SSD. We also liked the keyboard and touchpad way more.

EN→IT Archive.org versionAsus has built a very solid machine around an incredible new GPU. We would have liked a slightly better screen, but then the price would have been even higher. Regardless, this laptop has totally revolutionised the performance we can expect from a laptop, putting many regular desktops to shame.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Mobile:
Scheda grafica Pascal based high-end mobile basata su un GP104 ridotto (come la GTX 1080) e memoria grafica GDDR5. E' il successore della GTX 980M con un TDP più alto di 10 Watts. Simile per prestazioni alla GTX 1070 desktop, ma con più shaders e velocità clock inferiori.
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
