This version is more compact and sturdier built than its predecessors, packs updated hardware and a larger battery, as well as an optional 144 Hz screen on the higher-tier variants. The value is especially in the base-level models though, which earned our 4.25 rating, where the Nitro 5 outprices most of the competition, and which the thermal module can actually keep in check both in terms of performance, temperatures, and acoustics. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Mobile:
Scheda grafica dedicata di fascia media per computer portatili basata sulla GTX 1660 Ti desktop e quindi sull'architettura Turing senza raytracing e Tensor cores. Le prestazioni della variante Max-P dovrebbero essere simili a quelle di una vecchia GTX 1070.
Queste schede grafiche dovrebbero essere in grado di far funzionare tutti i giochi attuali con un framerates fluido ma rinunciando al livello di dettaglio massimo. Specialmente i giochi impegnativi come Crysis, Age of Conan, o Mass Effect sono utilizzabili soltanto con impostazioni grafiche ridotte. I giochi meno pesanti (e più datati), come Fifa 08, Command & Conquer 3, o Battlefield 2142 possono essere giocati con livello di dettagli più alto.
