While some might regard the Archos 70b Helium as a bulky smartphone, I tend to feel that its size pushes it more into the phablet (a word that I do not find all that appealing) classification.

One final area of discontent must be noted, however – and this is with the camera. I would guess ARCHOS tried to cut costs a little with the 2MP sensor as there is no autofocus and detail is sorely lacking. If you are looking for a tablet with a good camera, you will have to look elsewhere.

Scheda grafica integrata nei SoCs ARM based. Può essere configurata con fino a 8 cores (T720 MP8) e 650 MHz di core clock (28nm). Supporta OpenGL ES 3.1, OpenCL 1.1, DirectX 11 FL9_3, e Renderscript.
Queste schede grafiche per portatili non sono adatte al gaming. Anche se dovessero funzionare, ci sarebbero diversi errori grafici e un frame rate molto basso. Questi chips non sono affatto per i gamers! Applicazioni internet e da ufficio, invece non sono problematiche per queste GPUs.

I display con dimensioni maggiori consentono risoluzioni più elevate. Quindi, i dettagli come le lettere sono più grandi. D'altro canto, il consumo energetico è inferiore negli schermi con diagonali piccole e su dispositivi più piccoli, più leggeri ed economici.
